Service Contracts
Monthly Service Contracts are available to provide regular maintenance service on each computer in your company. A service contract provides a scheduled time each week or month that a technician will visit your facility and will provide a fixed number of hours of service. This includes software troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system optimization, software upgrades, and security updates.
With Viruses and Malware attacks infecting systems more frequently, our trained professionals can scan and check your systems on a regular basis to prevent software and hardware unexpected crashes, possibly saving your company time and money.
These types of service plans offer reduced rates for your company depending on the number of systems and time spent on each system weekly or monthly. The hours can also be used for additional issues and problems that can arise on a daily basis.
